If your situation involves a gas line or anything that requires a licensed specialist to disconnect safely, that should be handled before pickup, and we'll tell you upfront if that applies rather than discovering it on the day.

Access matters more with appliances than almost anything else we haul. Basement laundry rooms, second-floor units, tight galley kitchens, and exterior stairs all change the job. Mentioning that when you request a quote gets you a more accurate number.

A lot of appliance removals happen because something new is arriving. If the old unit is going out as part of a kitchen remodel, it often makes sense to time the haul-off with the rest of the demo rather than as a separate trip.
