Lawn care doesn’t require much prep, but a couple of quick steps beforehand help the visit go smoothly, especially the first time.

Not for routine mowing and yard work — as long as we have access to the yard, most visits can be completed without you present. If access requires a gate code or something similar, just let us know ahead of time so it’s not a holdup on the day.

If you’re starting a recurring schedule rather than a one-time visit, the first appointment is a good time to walk through any standing instructions — which areas to avoid, how short to cut, or anything specific to your yard. After that, it’s usually hands-off going forward.
